GP Collective Action Update

In June, the General Practitioners Committe England opened a ballot for partners to vote on taking collective action over the underfunded and overstretched GMS contract, and the outcome was a resounding YES. However the doctors at the North London Health Centre will NOT be taking any form of Collective Action.

Teaching and Training

The Surgery is a teaching practice and normally there is a GP registrar attached to the practice and available for consultation.  Registrars are experienced hospital doctors who spend a year at the surgery in order to qualify as GPs.

We also have 2 Foundation Year 2 doctors working with us. They come to us for 4 months as part of their specialist training scheme . They are qualified doctors on their way to becoming consultants and become a very valued part of the team.

Dr Daitz, Dr Mass are clinical supervisors supporting these doctors through their training.
