Welcome to The North London Health Centre Online
Five doctors, two training doctors and a practice nurse are based at the surgery and care for the practice population of more than 7500 patients.
Other health professionals such as District nurses, Community Matrons and McMillan nurses are attached to the surgery and work closely with the doctors to provide patients with a comprehensive, high quality service.
We aim to provide a high standard of medical care in a friendly and professional manner. You can help us achieve our aim by reading this guide and following the suggestions made to ensure that appropriate services can be provided when you most need them.
Access for patients with special needs
The practice premises has access routes suitable for patients using wheelchairs or walking aids.All clinical rooms are accessible and we have a lift to the first floor.. One of the patients’ toilets, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped for wheelchair users.

Patient Online Access
GP online services (Patient Access) allow you to access a range of services via your computer or mobile. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online with a GP or nurse
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view full GP health records, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
To register, you will need to visit the surgery to get a Pin Number to use Patient Access. Please bring a photo ID with you

Need to see a GP in the evening or on the weekend?
Appointments are available from 6.30pm to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm weekends and bank holidays for all patients registered with an Enfield GP practice.
You can book an appointment with a GP or practice nurse at any one of the following primary care access hubs:
- The Woodberry Practice, 1 Woodberry Avenue, Winchmore Hill N21 3LE
- Carlton House Surgery, 28 Tenniswood Road, Enfield EN1 3LL
- Evergreen Primary Care Centre, 1 Smythe Close Edmonton N9 0TW
Booking is easy, either:
- Contact your GP practice in the usual way and ask for a weekday evening or weekend appointment, or
- Call the primary care access hub direct on 03000 333 666 (during operating hours only)

Sharing Your Records
In some circumstances, healthcare staff share information about your treatment and care to help improve the services we offer and the care we provide to everyone.
The type of information shared and how it is shared is controlled by law and strict confidentiality rules.
